Perforated film production has details that compound on the installed surface: ink saturation has to be calibrated for perforated substrate (70% printable area means colours need to render at higher density to read at typical viewing distances), perforation pattern alignment has to be consistent across the run (visible misalignment shows up immediately on a window from outside), and adhesive selection has to match the application surface (vehicle glass vs. commercial storefront vs. coated bus glass each require slightly different adhesive chemistry). We print on calibrated wide-format UV equipment with adhesive selection matched to your application.
