Custom whiteboard panel production has details that matter every day the board is in use: surface finish has to be calibrated for low ghosting (cheap whiteboard panels develop visible writing shadows within months), edge sealing has to prevent marker bleed into the substrate, and panel rigidity has to be sufficient for direct wall mount without warp or bowing on large-format installations. We manufacture on calibrated wide-format UV printers and laminate on industrial flatbed equipment — the same workflow we use for our premium ACM signage.

For pre-printed templates under the dry-erase layer, we review every design file before press to confirm grid spacing, calendar alignment, and brand colour accuracy. The pre-printed framework stays permanent for the life of the panel; everything written on top with dry-erase markers wipes clean.
