Heathered polyester fleece rewards decoration accuracy. Left chest logo placement has to land at the same spot on every unit so the order reads as a coordinated team kit rather than a stack of one-offs. Embroidery thread tension has to be calibrated to the polyester fleece so logos sit flat without distortion on the heathered surface. DTF prints have to bond properly so artwork survives repeated wash cycles. We handle all of this in-house with quality control on every hoodie before it ships.
