Performance polyester fleece rewards decoration accuracy. Left chest logo placement has to land at the same spot on every unit so the order reads as a coordinated team kit rather than a stack of one-offs. Embroidery thread tension has to be calibrated to the smooth-faced polyester so logos sit flat without distortion. DTF prints have to bond properly so artwork survives repeated wash cycles. We handle all of this in-house with quality control on every hoodie before it ships.

For mixed-team apparel programs, we coordinate matched-set orders — unisex Core Full Zip Hoodies for one group, ladies' fit equivalents for another — so the entire roster reads consistent at events and on team photos. We maintain your logo digitizing and DTF artwork on file so reorders are fast and decoration stays identical year over year.
