Foam core production has details that matter at scale: face-sheet flatness has to be maintained through printing so panels do not develop visible warp or curl, ink density across the print has to be calibrated so colours stay consistent across multiple reprints in the same campaign, and edge cuts have to be clean because foam visible at the edge reads cheap instantly. We print on calibrated wide-format flatbed UV equipment and cut on industrial CNC routers — the same workflow we use for our premium ACM and styrene signage.

Foam core is also one of the easiest sign categories to damage in shipping. Foam compresses and dents under cardboard packaging stress, face sheets crease at corners, and large panels flex enough in transit to develop visible bow. Sourcing locally at our Winnipeg facility means you pick up the panel exactly as it left the press — flat, undamaged, presentation-ready. For out-of-Manitoba orders, we pack flat in heavy-duty crates and ship Canada-wide.
