Substrate Selection

• Clear cling — transparent vinyl, lets light pass through where artwork is not printed; ideal for window displays that maintain natural light
• White cling — opaque white background, provides solid colour reproduction and improved contrast against window backgrounds; ideal for bold seasonal promotions

Print Options

• Single sided / inside-window application — cling adheres to inside of glass, printed face reads correctly from outside
• Single sided / outside-window application — cling adheres to outside of glass, printed face reads correctly from outside

Graphics Decal HQ is Winnipeg's locally operated sticker and decal printer — operated from our facility at 2095 Logan Avenue and trusted by Manitoba retailers, restaurants, real estate brokerages, event organizers, and small businesses for premium static window cling production.

Window cling production has two unique requirements that distinguish it from adhesive vinyl decals. First, the substrate cannot have adhesive — we use premium 5–7 mil static-cling vinyl engineered for repeated reapplication without losing grip. Second, the cling must hold through normal use without sliding down the glass — cheap clings fail this test within hours, while premium static-cling substrate holds for weeks to months. We source name-brand static-cling vinyl and calibrate our digital print to bond properly to the substrate without flaking or scratching.

For inside-window application (the most common use case for retail and restaurant), we print the artwork in reverse orientation so it reads correctly from outside the glass when the cling is applied to the interior face. We handle this orientation automatically based on your stated application surface — confirm during checkout or order placement.

We offer local pickup at 2095 Logan Avenue, Winnipeg MB, ready in 4 to 6 business days, as well as Canada-wide shipping for retailers and brands ordering from across Manitoba and beyond.

For one-way perforated window film that adheres with adhesive (long-term outdoor application, see-through from inside), see our Removable Clear Dotted Window Film and Inside Apply Perforated Window Film. For frosted privacy window film, see our Privacy Window Film. For decorative and pattern window film, see our Decorative Window Film.
