Apparel decoration has details that matter at scale: embroidery thread tension has to be calibrated to the duck canvas shell so logos read crisp without puckering, DTF print adhesion has to bond properly to the cotton shell so prints survive repeated wash cycles, and decoration placement has to be consistent across the order so the left chest logo lands in the same position on every unit. We decorate in-house at 2095 Logan Avenue with calibrated embroidery and DTF equipment, with quality-control review on every unit before it leaves the facility.

For corporate uniform programs requiring consistent branding across years of recurring orders, we maintain artwork files year-over-year so reorders are fast and decoration matches the previous year's standard. For multi-location operators (construction firms with multiple project sites, logistics companies with multi-warehouse operations), we coordinate single-order rollouts across the full team roster with size-mix accommodation.
