Styrene production has details that matter on the installed surface: face-sheet flatness has to be maintained through printing so panels do not develop visible warp or curl, ink density across the print has to be calibrated so colours stay consistent across multi-panel installations, and edge cuts have to be clean because styrene cuts can develop white-edge artifacts that read cheap if production is sloppy. We print on calibrated wide-format flatbed UV equipment and cut on industrial CNC routers — the same workflow we use for our premium ACM signage, applied to the styrene substrate.

Styrene is one of the easier sign substrates to ship without damage — the rigidity prevents the bending and creasing that foam core develops in transit, while the lightweight panel keeps shipping costs reasonable on larger formats. For local Winnipeg pickup, panels arrive flat and unscuffed; for out-of-Manitoba orders, we pack flat in heavy-duty crates and ship Canada-wide.
