Ladies' fit hoodies reward decoration accuracy. Left chest logo placement on shaped side seams has to land in the correct spot for the ladies' silhouette so the logo sits naturally rather than too high or too low. Embroidery thread tension has to be calibrated to the heathered polyester fleece so logos sit flat without distortion. DTF prints have to bond properly so artwork survives repeated washes. We handle all of this in-house with quality control on every hoodie before it ships.
